The Cliffs - Mountain Region
The Cliffs - Mountain Region is home to three of The Cliffs’ private communities—The Cliffs at Glassy, The Cliffs at Mountain Park, and The Cliffs Valley. The Cliffs is a collection of communities on the leading edge of the Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains, surrounded by thousands of acres of protected forests. A single club membership provides access to the amenities at all seven communities, each located between 5 minutes to an hour’s drive away.

The Cliffs at Glassy
The Cliffs at Glassy is the original community and is home to the only mountaintop golf course in South Carolina. Amenities include a central clubhouse, fitness & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, tennis & pickleball courts, and a stunning chapel set cliffside. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with miles of hiking trails, a dog park, hang gliding jumpsite, and a sunset pavilion. The Cliffs at Glassy is an active community with a full schedule of activities and a wide variety of clubs, such as gardening, bicycling, singing, and card games. There are weekly gatherings at the sunset pavilion, concerts at the chapel, and Friday night mixers at the clubhouse.

The Cliffs at Mountain Park
Encompassing 5,000 acres of rolling terrain, The Cliffs at Mountain Park is located at the heart of the Cliffs Communities, between Asheville, North Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina. Members enjoy a Gary Player Signature golf course, an Italian-inspired village filled with amenities, and a rustic clubhouse with a wrap-around porch. The community is just minutes to cultural outlets, entertainment venues, shopping, more than 10 academic centers of excellence, and nationally recognized health and medical facilities.

The Cliffs Valley
The Cliffs Valley is situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains across the state line of North Carolina and South Carolina. The community boasts scenic mountain views, a grand clubhouse, an expansive wellness center with fitness facilities and sports courts, and a nature center where members meet to hike, cycle, and view wildlife. There are more than 80 member clubs that appeal to a variety of interests. The towns of Hendersonville, Flat Rock, and Greenville are less than 25 minutes away.
