The best way to experience Oldfield is through our Discovery visit. The visit includes a riverfront single cottage, two-night, three-day stay; we discount up to four nights if additional days are needed. With this visit, we offer a real estate and community tour, an hour river cruise with one of our experienced boat captains, a round of golf for two, and dining at the Magnolia Grill or River Club. The cost for this visit is just over $950.00. While on-site, there are options to use our pool & fitness center and our 6 miles of walking, running, biking trails, kayaking, paddle boarding, and any fun community events that may be going on during your visit.

Cottage Descriptions

Gardenia Suite (Additional Cost Per Night: $116 Plus 10% Tax & Additional $50 Cleaning Fee) – River views, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, large screened-in porch, king-size bed, queen-size pull-out couch, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Gardenia #2 – River views, kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine), small screened porch, single king-size bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Gardenia #3 – River views, kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee machine), small screened porch, two full-size beds, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
