it was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We had all of our punch lists completed within a short period of time. Everyone got back to us on all of our questions. We found the second purchase and build starting in August could not have been a better team than KFB. Sharon helped us find a lot that worked and a lovely home within our price range. Tamara was super organized and gave us many options to allow us to make our home feel unique. Tye along with his team of Jesse and Dylan helped us to design some custom changes to the home and design the outdoor space. The communication has been great.

I’ve been looking in the Kingfish Bay development for a few years now. I met with Jim White in April and as you know, met you there when I looked again in September. Finally I impulsively walked into your office again in October and you and your team has made the purchasing and selection process seamless. For someone like myself who is very careful in making big purchases you and your co-workers have taken the stress (as much as possible) out of this process. Kingfish Bay is exactly what I was looking for. The homes and feature selections are all beautiful. I love the amenities that the community offers! I’m excited at getting to call Kingfish Bay my home!

Thank you Haley and Sharon for scheduling access today and letting me roam the house in complete happiness. Thank you Tamara for your timely and reassuring input regarding the backsplash. On a broader note, thank you to each of you for your help, feedback, guidance, patience, teamwork and great attitudes during this process. You have all been amazing people to work with. We really enjoyed the process of selecting our home. Sharon in sales listened to us which helped us find the best plan and lot for our needs. She also walked us through the house during construction. She is very customer friendly and supportive. Tamara the director of design and selections was great to work with in the design phase providing choices and advice. We were impressed with the way they all turned out. She designed one of our favorites which is a wine bar. The KFB construction team led by Ty and Jesse were always available for questions. They also worked closely with us to identify areas of concern which were few as well as resolved our punch list. The communication was open and collaborative. We have built two homes with KFB which could have been very stressful! Thanks to the trusted team of KFB this stress was manageable and the process exciting

Our journey started in September when we met Sharon, a member of the old sales staff, she was wonderful and helped us find the right floor plan to fit our needs. Tamara provided exceptional support in turning our dreams into a reality at the design center and both Jesse and Sam have always been on point during the construction phase. The new Sales team has also gone above and beyond, I have been in contact with all of them and they have always provided assistance for everything but sales (as we had already purchased our house). Stephanie has been an invaluable resource, providing information about the progress of our build, taking pictures and assisting us in the transition phase from Northern Virginia to Southern NC. I understand sometimes miscommunication can happen in any industry, but I feel the last few reviews were unfair to say the least. Yes, you may pay a premium to live in Kingfish Bay, but that’s everywhere you want to live on the water. The residents we have met have been friendly, the amenities at KFB are outstanding if you enjoy the water and water sports, the access to the marina is perfect, and the staff has accommodated all our needs, I can’t express how much that means to us and how much we appreciate their efforts.

We are fish out of water (no pun intended) when it comes to new construction and living far away while our home is being constructed has been scary and exciting at the same time, but with Stephanie Spicer (Sales Center Realtor) taking care of us and keeping us updated with information and photos along the way it has been so much less scary and so much more exciting! Stephanie answered all of our questions and she honestly was just as excited as we were to see the progress along the way. We are almost at the end of construction and the whole team at Kingfish has been so accommodating and we couldn’t be happier!
