Gatehouse

Esplanade at Solaeris is planned as a gated residential community within the larger Solaeris master plan, offering approximately 1,200 residences along with an extensive collection of recreational and lifestyle amenities.

Golf

An 18-hole championship golf course designed by Chris Wilczynski, ASGCA, will serve as a centerpiece of Esplanade at Solaeris. Construction began in 2026, with the course designed to incorporate lakes and sculpted landforms into a layout intended for a range of skill levels. A Pro Shoppe and practice amenities are also planned.

A planned Culinary Center will offer multiple dining experiences and culinary programming, while the Bahama Bar will provide another casual gathering destination near the pool.
