Located just north of Ruidoso, New Mexico, Rainmakers is embraced by the seasonal beauty and panoramic surroundings of the southern Rocky Mountains. Further enhancing the golf experience, 135 acres of open space have been set aside as a natural habitat and wildlife conservation area. The community features 40 Pueblo Town Homes and a wide selection of homesites, many with golf course and mountain views.

Club Structure: Membership to the Club is required and not included in the price of real estate. There are a number of membership levels available, from $5,000 to $75,000.
Golf: Designed by world-renowned architect Robert Trent Jones II, the Rainmakers golf course is New Mexico’s first Audubon International Signature course. Enhancing the beauty of this 7,200-yard layout are 135 acres of open space set aside (in perpetuity) as a natural habitat and wildlife conservation area.
Clubhouse: Will include an intimate, full-service clubhouse includes a restaurant, lounge and pro shop.
Tennis: Two lighted hard surface tennis courts (planned).
Walking Trails: Extensive walking, hiking and jogging trails, (some dramatically lit at night) meander throughout the community.
Swimming: One heated outdoor swimming pool (planned).
Trailhead Center: Will include fitness and swimming facilities.
Area Attractions: In addition to skiing at Sierra Blanca and numerous other outdoor activities, Ruidoso’s attractions include the downtown shops and restaurants; the Hubbard Museum of the American West; the Ruidoso Downs racetrack (home of the All American Futurity); and the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort which features an expansive new state-of-the-art casino. Broadway shows next door at the Spencer Theatre for the Performing Arts.
Location: Located in the heart of South Central New Mexico high in the Sacramento Rocky Mountains, just 11 miles north of the Village of Ruidoso, New Mexico, and 16 miles from Sierra Blanca and the Ski Apache ski resort. The Sierra Blanca Regional Airport, providing general aviation access, is just 3 1/2 miles from the Community's entrance on Hwy 220.
Lots: Rainmakers has a wide variety of custom homesites ranging in size from 1/2 acre to 1 1/2 acres and larger. Patio homesites are also available to accommodate smaller homes. Custom homesite prices range from $95,000 (sized for patio homes) to $430,000, many with golf or mountain views.
Townhomes: The Pueblos Town Homes is an intimate enclave of 40 townhouses built using stacked rock in a contemporary pueblo style that architects derived from the surrounding pueblo construction. Priced from $430,000 to $700,000.
