Quietly nestled in the breathtaking Sierra landscape a quick 45 minutes north of Truckee and Lake Tahoe, Grizzly Ranch is a masterfully planned, 1,040-acre private club community consisting of just 380 large, well-spaced homesites.

Grizzly Ranch’s 18-hole private championship golf course, designed by Bob Cupp, is the centerpiece of the community, which also hosts a variety of other year-round outdoor pursuits.
