Gatehouse: Entrance gates are fully manned and accessed electronically. In addition, full-time security personnel patrol the community, and cameras and monitors are also used throughout the property.
Owner's Lodge: Located on 22-acres of common area in the south central region of the ranch, the Owner's Lodge is the ideal place for residents to stop, relax and refresh. Amenities include a large gathering room- perfect for parties and receptions, a full kitchen, locker facilities and a large outdoor fire pit. The Owner’s Lodge also serves as a second staging area for horses with paddocks and a corral.
Equestrian: The 26-acre Equestrian Center includes a 28-stall stable with tack room, a hay storage barn, an equipment barn and lunge rings.
Concierge: Concierge services provided include horseback excursions, snowmobile rentals, fishing guides, ATV rentals, nature guides, groceries, massages, arranged airport shuttles and restaurant reservations in Park City. Special events, parties, or corporate retreats can also be arranged.
