Club Structure: In order to purchase property on the private island of Pine Cay, purchasers must be approved as members of the Pine Cay Homeowners Association. Membership is available to qualified individuals, subject to membership limits, and must be obtained prior to finalizing any purchase.
Marina: The marina at Pine Cay is separately operated by those members having boats, with annual maintenance and or improvement costs shared among the Pine Cay marina members. Both dock space and covered dry storage space are limited, but all boat enthusiasts are accommodated.
