"Ave Maria has everything you could want in a community!"
I have been watching the growth of Ave Maria since its inception and am truly pleased with the progress that has been made in the past 8 yrs. Our town is growing by leaps and bounds. Our 110 miles of trails is a great feature for me. I love all the nature that is here. My husband and I enjoy the lavish landscaping throughout the entire community. We love seeing the students from the Ave Maria University walking around town, also enjoying the amenities. We have the water park which the grandkids love, two other parks with pavilions, dog park, tennis courts, baseball diamonds (not that we play baseball anymore). We grew up in the late 50s & 60s, when you could play outside until the street lights came on. This community has that ability for the families that live here. It is a safe place to raise a family or live permanently after your retirement. We are a blended community that totally enjoys what the town offers, also knowing we are close enough to drive to the beaches, movie theaters and large shopping malls. We wouldn't think of living anywhere else.
