NAPLES, Fla. (June 18, 2018) – While Naples Reserve, iStar’s 688-acre South Naples community of Southern Coastal-inspired attached villa, single-family and custom estate homes, has attracted both year-round and seasonal residents, more residents are choosing to take advantage of the Naples Reserve lifestyle all year long.

“We were encouraged to see healthy resident activity well beyond the traditional end of season,” said Heather Thompson, Naples Reserve’s marketing manager. “After gauging our population composition, we noted that year-‘rounders account for more than half our residents.”

Thompson said Naples Reserve’s Phase I sales are quickly approaching the halfway point.

“We’ve created a real sense of community here, with a casual, laid-back atmosphere that’s attractive to buyers on both the younger and older ends of the spectrum,” she said. “Activities like Firepit Fridays and Coffee and Conversation help keep residents of all ages engaged.”

Naples Reserve residents enjoy a full social calendar planned by Naples Reserve’s Lifestyle and Fitness Director Carri Adam, who themes events around activities and amenities offered in the community.

Events are held at Naples Reserve’s $7 million Island Club social center, which features a 5,160-square-foot clubhouse and an adjacent 3,500-square-foot fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and a movement studio for spinning, Zumba and yoga. An expansive, resort-style, zero-entry pool offers a tropical waterfall and dedicated lap lanes, and the lakefront Match Point tennis and pickleball complex provides friendly competition among neighbors.

Community events allow new residents to get to know their neighbors as they familiarize themselves with Naples Reserve’s amenities and all of the social opportunities offered within the community.

Created amongst 22 lakes, sweeping open water views and native, tropical landscaping, Naples Reserve offers residents canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and Hydrobikes from the Outrigger Center to explore the community’s centerpiece 125-acre Eagle Lake and a mile-long stretch of lakefront along the 76,000-acre Picayune Strand State Forest. Cruises on the community’s two electric boats depart daily from the center’s floating docks to Kontiki Island.

With more than 300 homes spoken for within six of its distinctive neighborhoods, Naples Reserve offers a selection of residences ranging from 1,519 to more than 3,500 square feet of living space, including move-in ready homes with limited-time builder incentives.

The community offers 15 fully decorated models available for viewing, built by Southwest Florida’s premier homebuilders, including Ashton Woods, D.R. Horton, Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Homes, Lundstrom Development, Marvin Development, McGarvey Custom Homes and Stock Signature Homes. Homes are priced from the high-$200,000s to more than $1 million.

Naples Reserve is located off U.S. 41, 2 miles southeast of the Collier Boulevard/CR 951 intersection and 10 minutes from I-75, Exit 101.
