NAPLES, Fla. (January 4, 2017) – D.R. Horton’s first single-family model home is now open in the Savannah Lakes neighborhood at Naples Reserve, a 688-acre lakefront community featuring Southern Coastal-inspired architecture and resort-style amenities.
Emphasizing an open floor plan between the great room, kitchen and dining area, the Wheaton offers three bedrooms, a den, three full baths and a powder room. With 2,540 square feet of living space the model features coastal contemporary interior design by Mercedes Lopez of One of a Kind Design.
The Wheaton also offers a three-car garage and a lanai, accessible from sliding glass doors in the great room.
The model is shown with several options, including an extended lanai, an aquarium glass window in the dining room, a pool bath and a screen-enclosed pool and raised spa with a spillway.
Base pricing for the Wheaton starts at $429,990.
The Wheaton and a neighboring model currently under construction will serve as D.R. Horton’s sales center at Naples Reserve.
The Wheaton model home features tray ceilings in the foyer, great room and master bedroom and ceramic tile in bathroom flooring and showers. White walls and ceilings are paired with gray, warm stone, silver mist and blue-gray accents.
The kitchen offers a freestanding breakfast island, a large walk-in pantry closet, smooth-top range and built-in microwave. Finishes include custom cabinetry in light silk, Santa Cecelia granite countertops and Heathland white rock ceramic tile.
The master suite has his-and-her walk-in closets and a bathroom offering a glass-enclosed shower, private water closet, and vanity with two sinks.
The floor plan offers 3,459 total square feet with additional floor plan options for a fourth bedroom.
The Wheaton is one of D.R. Horton’s five single-family home designs ranging from 2,368 to 3,461 square feet of living space in the Savannah Lakes neighborhood. The builder also offers five single-family floor plans in Egret Landing and will unveil low-maintenance twin villa plans in 2017 for the Coral Harbor neighborhood.
