Our Founder, Kevork S. Hovnanian (Pictured with his son, Ara) was one of the first builders to introduce the concept of Active Lifestyle Communities in the early 1970’s. His vision to combine homes of lasting value with extraordinary amenities became an integral part of his homebuilding company. In 1994, K.
