Carolina Colours is a master-planned residential community located in historic New Bern, North Carolina. It and its non-residential services encompass nearly 2,000 acres of naturally scenic terrain. The steadily growing community, with over 400 residences already occupied, offers homes and home sites designed to accommodate different lifestyles and budgets. Its various neighborhoods, many with traditional southern architecture, blend into the wooded terrain in a pleasing manner.
