Ave Maria, FL (August 15, 2017) - Ave Maria has been named the #1 selling single-family community in the Naples-Ft Myers market for the tenth consecutive quarter, according to a Q2 Metro Study report for 2017. The report, which ranks annual home starts and move-ins, places Ave Maria at the top of both lists with 346 new home starts and 358 move-ins for the Naples-Ft. Myers markets over the past 12 months. The Naples-Ft. Myers markets are defined as Naples and Marco Island as well as Ft Myers and Cape Coral. In addition, all three of Ave Maria’s residential home builders ranked in the top ten, with CC Homes placing second, Pulte Homes following in eighth, and Del Webb in tenth place, based upon annual closings.
