(Statham, GA) May 5, 2011− The Georgia Club Foundation welcomes guests to The Georgia Club for its Inaugural Spring Tour of Homes and Outdoor Living on Sunday, May 15th. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour four of the golf community’s beautiful personal residences, which will highlight the joy of outdoor living through gardens, pools, courtyards and the lush golf course. In addition, Garden Magik, Artist Lana Mitchell, Posh Pots and the Orchid Ladies will be on hand to offer advice and demonstrations.

Brunch will also be offered at The Georgia Club for an additional price; reservations are required. A selection of breakfast items, salads, chicken entre, carving station and desserts will be served.

Tickets will be available in departing time increments from 10:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 in advance; $25 at the door. Due to the nature of the tour, we request that no children younger than 12 attend this event. Proceeds from the tour will benefit several local charities and service organizations. Beneficiaries include Peace Place, Extra Special People, the Tree House, Partners in Education Fund (Bethlehem Elementary, Haymon-Morris Middle, Rocky Branch Elementary and Malcolm Bridge Middle), local High School scholarship funds and The Georgia Club Foundation.
