(Palm City, FL)- Harbour Ridge YCC/HR Properties announces a new incentive to entice seasonal renters to come to Harbour Ridge for the 2009/2010 season.
Renters at Harbour Ridge will be afforded full access to all the privileges and amenities offered by the Club, including two championship golf courses, and the use of the fitness, swim and tennis centers.
With no restrictions on when they can play, renters pay discounted greens fees of only $35 when they play golf on either one of the Club’s championship golf courses, both designated as “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries.” (Cart fees are required only if one rents a home where the owner has not paid a “trail fee” for a personal golf cart.) Renters are allowed to participate in Ladies Day on Tuesdays and Men’s Day on Wednesday and Saturday. In addition, there is no charge for the use of the new state-of-the-art fitness center, swim center, or the tennis center with 10 Har-Tru tennis courts.
It is never too early to consider rental options at Harbour Ridge. Every year, there are relatively few places available for rent and a long list of people looking for rentals; interested parties should sign up to reserve a home or condominium for a rental as soon as possible.
