NAPLES, Fla. (March 21, 2017) – Three single-family model homes at Naples Reserve were recognized with the highest honors during the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2017 Parade of Homes.

The Anastasia by Stock Signature Homes, KTS Homes’ Newport and the High Tide by McGarvey Custom Homes each received the Overall Excellence in Construction and Design Award in their price category.

Four additional model homes at the lakefront Naples Reserve were honored with Merit Awards: the Coastal by Ashton Woods, Stock’s Muirfield III, Lundstrom Development’s Belvedere and the Captiva by Marvin Development.

The winners were announced March 3 in advance of the Parade of Homes, March 10-12 and 17-19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Winners were determined by a panel of industry experts.

The 2,913-square-foot Anastasia received the Overall Excellence Award in the $901,000 to $1 million category. The three-bedroom, three- and one-half bath model offers a study, formal dining room, and bay windows in the kitchen’s morning room and the sitting area in the master bedroom. It has both a two-car garage and a single-car garage.

The three-bedroom Newport was recognized in the $1,251,000 to $1.5 million price range. Inspired by California Coastal design, the model has a study, kitchen with dining area, two full baths and two half-baths within 3,030 square feet of interior space overlooking an infinity-edge pool, spa and linear fire pit.

Honored in the $1,501,000 to $1.75 million category, the High Tide offers four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths within 3,507 square feet of interior living space. It also offers a study, three-car garage and an oversized covered outdoor living area with a fireplace.

Naples Reserve was created by iStar, which was named 2015 Developer of the Year by Builder and Developer magazine for its commitment to creating exceptional communities and lifestyles with an emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.

Created amongst 22 lakes and sweeping open water views, the community emphasizes lakefront living with Southern Coastal-inspired homes and amenities along the water’s edge. Navigating a loop road circling Naples Reserve, the park is designed to engage residents with their natural environment and provide an alternative mode of transportation throughout the community.
