NAPLES, Fla. (November 1, 2016) – Construction of Naples Reserve’s many lifestyle amenities continues, including work on the $7 million Island Club, the Match Point tennis and pickleball court complex and the first of two community boat ramps.

Award-winning developer iStar has introduced a new option for homebuyers along the 125-acre Eagle Lake to build personal floating docks, perfect for canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and even boats. Residents can enjoy electric boats, as well boats with motors up to 2.5-horsepower on Eagle Lake.

“We’ve had a busy summer with construction of the amenities that will really define Naples Reserve’s unique lifestyle – with so much to do in and along the lakes, there’s really no reason to leave,” said Don Mears, vice president/land and development, iStar. “Residents and visitors alike will experience a variety of new ways to explore and enjoy the community, as well as new collections of attached villas, single-family homes and custom homes.”

Mears said construction at Match Point is nearing completion, in addition to the adjacent community boat ramp. Residents will enjoy use of five tennis and four pickleball courts. Other planned amenities include a tot lot and dog park.

The focal point of Naples Reserve is the lakefront Island Club, expected to open in November. The club features sophisticated Southern Coastal design throughout its 5,160 square feet. Inside, a fireside grand hall and Latitudes Café offer community gathering areas, accented with tile flooring, tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings and a palette of blue and tan with gray accents and chocolate and charcoal undertones. Wraparound porches and a verandah overlook two swimming pools, a sandy beach with volleyball, bocce courts and the Chat ‘n Chill Tiki Bar.

A covered breezeway links the building to the 3,500-square-foot fitness center offering state-of-the-art equipment, a weight room and cardio/stretching/spinning studio.

Naples Reserve offers attached villas by D.R. Horton; single-family homes by Ashton Woods, D.R. Horton and Stock Signature Homes; and custom homes offered by Florida Lifestyle Homes, KTS Homes, Lundstrom Development, Marvin Development, McGarvey Custom Homes and Stock Signature Homes.

Homes are priced from the high-$200s to more than $1.5 million.
