New Home Sales Skyrocket in Ave Maria with 283 Sale Contracts in 2015
NAPLES, FL (January 14, 2016) – For the second year in a row, Ave Maria Development reports a 25% increase in new home sales, year over year. With 283 sales contracts signed last year, the area’s fastest selling new home community once again sets a record for new home sales. Ave Maria counts more than 680 new home sales since 2013.
