Outdoor Winter Wonderland in Ave Maria on December 4

NAPLES, FL (November 19, 2015) – The 9th annual Celebration of Lights event in Ave Maria kicks off the holiday season on Friday, December 4th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with an evening of fun and food open to the public. Come see the Ave Maria Town Center transformed into a winter wonderland with town parade, outdoor ice skating rink, zip line, 4-station bungee, polar express inflatable, festive food and beverages, photos with Santa, and live performances by local schools and organizations.

This year the event will open at 5:00pm with the town parade starting at 6:00pm featuring the Palmetto Ridge High School Marching Band, Barron Collier High School Drum Line, Donahue Academy Athletic Teams, Kellyn Celtic Arts, Cool Cruisers, Monster Trucks and many more. Live musical and dance performances will continue throughout the night by Hot Flashz, Palmetto Ridge High School Chorus and Jazz Ensemble, Cypress Palm Middle School Chorus, Ave Maria Children’s Theater, Tir Na Nog, Kellyn Celtc Arts, Ave Maria Dance Academy, and Immokalee Community School Dancers.

Activity wrist bands will be on sale for $5 and will include unlimited entry to outdoor ice skating, polar express inflatable, carousel, and face painting. Tickets to ride the zip-line and 4-station bungee will be on sale for $10 each. Horse and carriage rides will be available as well as the Collier County Sheriff Rock Wall.
