Sarasota, FL (October 12, 2015) - The 18th annual Tour of Homes, held this year from Oct. 16 – Nov. 22, will feature a variety of activities and events that will highlight Lakewood Ranch as a great place to live, work and play. There are more than 30 models to tour on the Ranch, ranging in price from the high $100s to more than $5 million.
“With the improving market we couldn’t be more pleased than to have the opportunity to showcase over 30 model homes featuring 14 builders,” said Jimmy Stewart, LWR Communities’ vice president of sales. “If our sales traffic year-to-date is any indication, we should experience another unprecedented turnout for this annual event. Through September of this year we have sold 388 new homes – and had more than 20,000 people visit our information centers and builder models. It’s a great time to showcase Lakewood Ranch as one of America’s premier communities!”
This year, guests will be able tour models in The Lake Club, The Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club, Country Club East, Central Park, Esplanade Golf and Country Club, Bridgewater, Indigo, and Harmony. Indigo at Lakewood Ranch by Neal Communities and Harmony at Lakewood Ranch by Mattamy Homes are the newest neighborhoods.
The tour magazine is available at any Lakewood Ranch Information Center. Information centers are located at 6220 University Parkway and in Summerfield Park at 6310 Lakewood Ranch Blvd. The Lake Club has its own sales and information center, located just outside the village’s main gates. Information centers and models are open daily, Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 5 p.m. It can also be picked up at The Mall at University Town Center located at 140 University Town Center Drive.
