Save the Date: Grand Highlands’ Fall Festival – October 10 from Noon - 9 pm.
Join us for a day filled with festivities for guests, homeowners, and friends. We invite you to come and enjoy a number of fun activities including hot air balloon rides, archery classes, wine by Saint Paul Winery, and cheese samplings by the Asheville Cheese Company. Entertainment will include storytelling by David Joe Miller and music by Lake and Moore.
We will conclude the day with a BBQ dinner at the Grand Highlands Lodge.
During the fun-filled day, visitors can tour our projects, visit model homes, and discuss their dream projects with some of Grand Highlands’ preferred builders and architects.
There will also be a raffle for a set of local pottery with all proceeds benefitting the Gerton Fire Department.
The festival is on the first day of the Asheville Parade of Homes. If you are coming from out of town, plan to visit other homes in the area on Sunday, October 11, we have no doubt that Grand Highlands will stand out.
Spots are limited, please RSVP to save your spot!
