NAPLES, FL. (July 29, 2015) – Ave Maria has been named the #1 single family community in the Naples-Ft Myers market for the second consecutive quarter, according to Metro Study, a HanleyWood company. In the Metro Study 2015 second quarter report, Ave Maria ranks at the top of the list for both housing starts and move-ins reporting 265 annual starts and 209 move-ins for the Naples-Ft. Myers markets over the past 12 months. Ave Maria counts over 185 new home sales so far in 2015. The Naples-Ft. Myers markets are defined as Ft Myers and Cape Coral as well as Naples and Marco Island. Ave Maria’s residential builders ranked highly on the study, with CC Devco placing fourth, Pulte Homes following in fifth, and Del Webb in eighth place, based upon annual closings.

“The new home residential markets in Collier and Lee County are very competitive,” comments Blake Gable, co-president of Barron Collier Companies, developer of the town of Ave Maria. “Savvy buyers realize they can have it all in Ave Maria, and at a very attractive price. They are also a part of creating a brand new hometown, and that’s exciting and rare.”

The town of Ave Maria offers several styles of homes including single family residences with 2-6 bedrooms featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views.  Amenities include an onsite waterpark, Panther Run Golf Club, tennis and bocce, Town Center shopping and dining, Publix grocery market, private schools and University, and sports fields and playgrounds.  Seventeen model homes are open daily with over 35 floor plans to choose from.

New home buyers can select from several builders in different neighborhoods. CC Homes builds single-family homes in Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, priced from the high $100s.
