NAPLES, FL. (May 11, 2015) – Ave Maria was recently named the top single family community in the Naples-Ft Myers market, based upon annual housing starts, by Metro Study, a HanleyWood company. In the Metro Study 2015 first quarter report, Ave Maria ranks at the top of the list with 263 annual starts for the Naples-Ft Myers markets, encompassing all of Ft Myers and Cape Coral as well as Naples and Marco Island. Ave Maria’s residential builders ranked highly on the study, with Pulte Homes placing fourth, CC Devco following in fifth, and Del Webb in ninth place, based upon annual closings.
