First Models by Synergy Homes to Open for Tours

Pooler, Ga. (April 17, 2015) – The Savannah Quarters master-planned community in Pooler, Ga.,  will host a Spring Open House from 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, April 25-26, to showcase the first new Danbury Park homes completed within the exclusive Westbrook section.

Synergy Homes is building 41 two-story townhomes in this new golf-front neighborhood, and the homes measure 2,300 square feet and are priced in the mid-$200s.  The Open House offers prospective homebuyers the opportunity to tour the new model homes and amenities, enjoy refreshments and enter a drawing to win prizes.  Synergy is also offering on its first seven townhomes sold through May 31, 2015, two years of free social dues at Savannah Quarters. To date, one townhome has been sold and is under contract.

Savannah Quarters is an upscale community entitled for more than 8,500 residences and is located 10 miles west of the Savannah city center near the intersection of the I-16 and I-95 in Pooler.  Savannah Quarters is being developed by SunCal, one of the largest real estate development companies in the U.S. that specializes in large-scale, mixed-use master-planned communities.

These maintenance-free homes include a downstairs master bedroom and a two-car garage, and are planned to feature many designer elements including hardwood flooring, granite bench tops and screened-in porches.  All the residences are designed with the latest energy efficient features.
