Ponte Verda, FL (September 9, 2014) – AV Homes is joining the team of select homebuilders in Nocatee, the Ponte Vedra community that’s ranked as the third best-selling master-planned community in the U.S. Initial plans are to launch sales December with six new home designs.
An award-winning national builder and community developer, AV Homes’ residences will be offered in Nocatee’s newest neighborhood, Cypress Trails, with planned pricing from the $210,000s.

AV Homes’ first Nocatee model home will open for viewing in December.
Each of AV Homes’ floor plans is designed to showcase Cypress Trails’ lake and nature preserve views. Buyers also will enjoy proximity to Nocatee’s newest amenity center, Cypress Park, located within the neighborhood. The park is expected to open in spring 2015 and will offer a shallow-entry swimming pool, dog park, residents’ clubhouse, playground and athletic fields.
