Venice, FL (July 7, 2014) – WCI Communities has introduced Sarasota National’s first collection of Coach homes in the Banbury II neighborhood. The two-story buildings will offer six residences, each featuring two bedrooms, two baths and an open great room plan.
Banbury II will feature 11 total buildings and 66 homes overlooking water and preserve views. The Coach homes will start from $189,990 and offer 1,375 to 1,831 square feet of interior living space, gourmet kitchens, breakfast cafés, screened lanais and single-car garages. Five of the plans also offer dens.
WCI is developing the 2,400-acre master-planned Sarasota National, which features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis and certified as an Audubon International Signature Sanctuary.
Residences 101and 103 are positioned on each end of the building’s ground floor. The design emphasizes an open floor plan from its foyer, opening to the great room, kitchen and den. Sliding glass doors in the great room and adjoining café access the lanai. The guest room features a bay window. Both residences have 1,571 square feet of living space and include a covered entry, garage and lanai.
Residence 102 is positioned in the center of the first floor and has 1,375 square feet under air and 1,814 total square feet.
The second floor of each Coach home building offers two end units, Residence 201 and 203, with dens and oversized walk-in closets in the owner’s suite. Guest rooms jut out from the main walls, positioned above garages, and offer a walk-in closet. Both residences have 1,786 square feet of living space.
With 1,831 square feet under air, Residence 202 is the largest of Banbury II’s new floor plans. It has a den, a walk-in closet in the guest room, and its kitchen boasts a walk-in corner pantry.
Each Coach home in Banbury II offers a freestanding kitchen island/breakfast bar, full Whirlpool appliance package and a garbage disposal. Finishes include granite countertops, recessed paneled cabinetry doors and integrated double-bowl sinks.
Separate laundry rooms offer a washer and dryer.
The first-floor homes also feature coffered ceilings in owner’s bedrooms. Second floor residences have window-lit stairwells.
Interior finishes include designer ceramic tile in select rooms, solid-surface windowsills and decorative base moldings.
Banbury II Coach homes offer master baths with glass-enclosed ceramic-tiled showers, private water closets and vanities with his-and-her sinks, solid surface countertops and recessed paneled cabinetry.
Each six-home building features low-e insulated impact-resistant windows and sliding glass doors, brick paver driveways, concrete tile roofs, and decorative raised-panel garage doors with remote opener and keyless entry pad.
The neighborhood’s professional landscaping is maintained by the condominium association.
Additional floor plans now available at Sarasota National include Carriage homes, Coach homes, Villas, Grand Villas and a new collection of Golf Estate homes. Versatile two- to three-plus bedroom floor plans offer 1,375 to 3,184 square feet of living space. Select homes include dens, flex spaces and bonus rooms.
Several quick-delivery homes are available for immediate or near-immediate occupancy.
More than 1,300 of Sarasota National’s 2,400 acres are designated for preservation, conservation and open space. The community is approved for 1,584 homes, including 800 homes surrounding the golf course and country club area.
Golf facilities include a pro shop, driving range, and chipping and putting greens. WCI recently announced plans for the community’s 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, offering indoor and al fresco dining and gathering spaces, a fitness center, tennis courts and swimming pool.
