Bella Vista, AR (May 29, 2014) - There are a lot of options, but Bella Vista Village’s summer camps offer something for everyone.
Children can play games and swim at Camp Bella Vista, or they can perfect their swings at either golf or tennis camp.
Camp Bella Vista
Camp Bella Vista, which is open to children between the ages of 7 and 12, runs from June 9 to July 25 and offers three days of fun each week.
Monday’s camp will run from noon to 4 p.m. at Riordan Hall, 3 Riordan Drive. The afternoon will begin with arts and crafts followed by swimming from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Kingsdale Pool.
On Wednesday and Friday, “Game Day,” campers will enjoy a variety of games from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Riordan Hall. The days’ events will feature miniature golf, field competitions and carnival games with swimming from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Kingsdale Pool. Campers should bring a sack lunch on these days.
The cost is $65 a week or $15 on Monday and $25 on Wednesday or Friday.

Bella Vista Village’s First Tee Golf Camp is open to youth ages 10-17, who are interested in having fun while improving their overall golf skills and knowledge of the game.
The camp, which is from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday, is an intensive golf training program that takes place on the Brittany Golf Course. Camp runs from June 16 to July 24. Each class is limited to 16 participants.
The golf course features a par 3 and par 4 practice experience for young golfers. Campers will have a 75-minute lesson, as well as an additional 75-minute short game and putting session. The lesson also will include playing several holes on the Brittany Golf Course. Campers should bring their own set of clubs each day.
On Thursday, an awards ceremony and pizza lunch will be provided. Dismissal will be at 1:30 p.m.
The weekly class is $75 for members of The First Tee and $90 for nonmembers of The First Tee. The camp fee includes instruction and Thursday’s lunch.

Bella Vista Village’s Tennis Camp provides young athletes an opportunity to become better tennis players in a fun, positive atmosphere. Participants leave camp with confidence and a passion to enjoy a lifetime sport.
Tennis Camp, which is open to players of all skill levels between the ages of 7 and 17, runs from June 9 to Aug. 7.
Campers will meet from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the Kingsdale Tennis Center, 4 Riordan Drive. Lunch is provided along with a swimming break in the afternoon.
