Naples, FL. (April 10, 2014) –   Ave Maria Development  reports 76 new home sales contracts in the first quarter of 2014, marking a  strong kick off to the calendar year for real estate sales.

“We anticipated a strong start to 2014, having just come off one of our most successful sales years to date in 2013. We are happy to confirm our projections,” comments CeeCee Marinelli of Ave Maria Development. “Real estate traffic in both our new Home & Welcome Center as well as our builder sales centers increased steadily throughout the first quarter.” The town of Ave Maria hosted several real estate events during the first quarter, contributing to increased buyer interest, including the Grand Opening of 8 Model Homes in Maple Ridge, Model Mania, and the Grand Opening of 2 Model Homes in Hampton Village.

The town of Ave Maria features five distinct neighborhoods— Del Webb, Emerson Park, Hampton Village, the Residences at La Piazza, and the newest neighborhood, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria. Single family homes and condominiums are priced from the mid-$100s with seventeen model homes open daily.
