Bonita Springs, FL
(February 6, 2014) - The first building in The Colony Golf & Bay Club’s newest neighborhood is under roof, and workers now are focusing on creating the interiors of Cielo’s eight luxury penthouse-style residences. WCI Communities, which is developing the neighborhood and the 809-acre Bonita Springs master-planned community, recently celebrated the “topping off” of the first of Cielo’s 12 planned mid-rise buildings.
WCI expects the initial building to be completed in spring 2014, showcasing Cielo’s carefree lifestyle in a model home featuring interior design by Robb & Stucky International.
“These penthouse-style homes have been extremely popular with our homebuyers,” said Michele Harrison, regional director of sales for WCI Communities. “They’re as spacious as a single-family home while offering the convenience of condominium living – plus terrific views from every room.”
Cielo offers two floor plans, each with three bedrooms, more than 2,900 square feet of interior living space, expansive wraparound loggias and sweeping views of lakes, nature preserves and the seventh hole of The Colony’s Jerry Pate-designed championship golf course.
The eight-home buildings feature four residential floors over parking with two homes per story. Both of the floor plans are designed around the openness of a great room and include a library/media room, three full baths with one-half bath and breakfast nook.
The large great room offers gathering and dining areas with two walls of sliding glass doors opening to alfresco spaces.
The kitchen has a pantry and oversized peninsula island with a raised breakfast bar, dishwasher and double sink. A private loggia is located off of the library.
Owner’s suites feature bedrooms with sliding doors to the outdoor spaces, his-and-her walk-in closets, and bathrooms offering a separate tub and shower and vanities with double sinks.
Each guestroom is designed en suite with a private full bath and walk-in closet.
Homes in Cielo are designed for a lock-and-go lifestyle and include luxury features like granite kitchen countertops and coffered ceilings in select rooms. Each home also has a foyer, elevator and stairway access.
Residence one in Cielo offers 2,961 square feet of living space; residence two offers 2,950 square feet of living space. Both floor plans offer more than 3,600 total square feet and are priced from the mid-$600,000s.
Cielo is one of two new condominium-style neighborhoods created by WCI in The Colony Golf & Bay Club. The Terzetto neighborhood offers three-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath luxury penthouse homes with 2,100 and 2,624 square feet of living space in intimate three-story buildings. Two models are open daily and overlook nature preserves, lakes and the golf course’s 11th hole.
Quick-delivery homes are available in Terzetto with immediate occupancy.
WCI introduced the first Cielo building in mid-2013, following the success of Terzetto and its luxury penthouse residence neighborhoods in Naples. Currently four buildings have been released for sales.
