Pointe Vedra, FL Jan.6, 2013 - The PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, has announced two new Nocatee neighborhoods, expanding to meet the growing demand for new homes in the nation’s 6th best-selling master-planned community.

Greenleaf Lakes and The Villas at Nocatee will join Nocatee’s existing 11 neighborhoods. The master-planned community also recently announced plans for a host of new resident amenities, including a heated junior Olympic swimming pool, athletic courts, a community garden and a kayak launch on the Intracoastal Waterway. Nocatee’s popular Splash Water Park will also be expanded in 2014.

“The Nocatee lifestyle has proven to be tremendously popular with new home buyers,” said Richard Ray, President of The PARC Group. “These two new neighborhoods will complement our existing communities, offering new homes in a wide range of sizes and styles for everyone from individuals and families to active retirees.”

Greenleaf Lakes (Spring 2014)
The third and final neighborhood in Nocatee’s popular Greenleaf section, Greenleaf Lakes will offer 1,400- to 3,200-square-foot homes from builders Standard Pacific, Providence and David Weekley Homes, with prices starting in the $200s. In addition to enjoying all of Nocatee’s other amenities, Greenleaf Lakes residents will be located within walking distance of Greenleaf Park and a new K-8 school in the top-rated St. Johns County school district. The neighborhood also offers convenient access to US 1.

The Villas at Nocatee (Fall 2014)
The Villas at Nocatee will be a gated community featuring its own pool and other amenities. Residents will also have access to Nocatee’s full complement of amenities, including the Splash Water Park, fitness center, walking trails and more. The 1,900- to 3,300-square-foot Standard Pacific villas will feature two homes attached with one conjoining wall. Homes may feature two to four bedrooms and will be available in a range of styles, including Spanish, European Cottage and Italianate elevations. In addition, all of the villas will feature either a preserve or water view.

“We anticipate that The Villas at Nocatee will be especially popular with empty nesters or active retirees who want to enjoy the Nocatee lifestyle with the added bonus of less home maintenance and upkeep,” Ray said.
