Record home sales, new businesses and neighborhood expansion

Naples, FL (January 7, 2014) – The town of Ave Maria enjoyed a resurgence in growth this past year with over 170 new home sales, the opening of Arthrex Commerce Park, and the unveiling of a new neighborhood, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria.

“The spike in real estate traffic is dramatic,” comments CeeCee Marinelli of Ave Maria Development. “All of our home builders have reported an increased amount of qualified traffic, with interest coming from local and out-of-state markets. We’ve expanded our brand advertising and the results are paying off.”

The town of Ave Maria features five distinct neighborhoods— Del Webb, Emerson Park, Hampton Village, the Residences at La Piazza, and the newest neighborhood, Maple Ridge at Ave Maria. Single family homes and condominiums are priced from the mid-$100s with twelve model homes open daily.

The opening of a 190,000 square foot manufacturing facility early in 2013 by world-renowned Arthrex, Inc. signaled a new era of business in the town. The facility is the first of its kind in this area and talks are already underway for a second. Mobil gas station also opened earlier this year in the Ave Maria Park of Commerce. Collier Family Farms, located on 20 acres in the town, will soon celebrate its one year anniversary. Its locally grown, organic produce can be found at its farm store in Ave Maria and various farmer markets in Naples.

Real estate sales spiked in 2013, with the unveiling of Maple Ridge at Ave Maria, a new collection of single family homes offered by CC Devco, one of Florida’s most recognized builders. These homes, located near the Town Center and Publix Supermarket, feature 3-6 bedrooms and are priced from the low $200s. Maple Ridge recently completed 8 model homes and will host a grand opening in January.

Del Webb Naples debuted a stunning 12,000 square foot Oasis Club in January 2013, making it the premier active adult community in southwest Florida. Seven model homes are open daily with additional new models to be completed in March.
