Naples, FL (Nov. 11, 2013) - With 20 Resident Ready homes now available at every stage of the construction continuum, and the completion of Vyne House Clubhouse just weeks away, sales and buyer traffic continue to build at Talis Park in North Naples. In the past 12 months, 29 sales valued at $35 million have been executed.

Initiated tomeet buyer demand for fully completed or nearly completed inventory, Talis Park’s Resident Ready program includes homes ranging from five completed and two soon-to-be-completed fully-furnished models, to a just completed unfurnished residence, and 12 residences in varying stages of construction. The program allows buyers to choosewhen they wish to engage in the buying process and the degree to which they prefer to be involved with feature and finish selections.

Along with the Resident Ready homes now available, buyers have been drawn to Talis Park’s expanding array of amenities. In addition to offering one of two Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf courses in the world, the community is poised to open Phase I of VyneHouse, a central gathering place adjacent to the Great Lawn on Talis Park’s Grand Piazza.

The Spanish Mission style buildings at Vyne House are interconnected by covered outdoor walkways and wrapped aroundmultiple courtyards.The green spaces, archways and balconies contribute to an ambiance that is reminiscent of being in a European village.

Phase I of Vyne House is scheduled to be completed the end of this month. Phase I includes completion of Vyne House Shops that features Fiona’s Market Cafe. Fiona’s is the ideal gathering place after a bike ride or walk, or a workout, yoga or Pilates session in the Vyne House Core Fitness Center, or after a manicure or massage in the Esprit Spa, both of which will be completed in Phase I. As the community’s amenities continue to be completed, Talis Park’s Resident Ready Program continues to allowhomebuyers to finalize their purchase decisions at a point in the construction process that works best for them. The availability of completed and nearly completed inventory in each neighborhood has proved to be highly appealing to homebuyers.

The 2,771- to 3,830-square-foot residences in Talis Park’s Brightling neighborhood offer views that showcase the community’s natural beauty. Caribbean Colonial and Spanish Eclectic designs are priced starting at $1 million. Furnishedmodels by SunwestHomes and Fox Custom Builders are open and available for viewing in Brightling. Seven Resident Readyhomes are under construction and six of the 17 Phase I Brightling homesites remain available.

Sunwest has started construction of its unfurnished Capri, Amalfi-2 and Caribbean residences. These tailed great room homes range from 3,075 to 3,709 square feet and are priced from $1.325 million to $1.55 million.

Fox is building its Barlovento, Camilla and Nadia floor plans in Brightling. The unfurnished residences range from3,083 to 3,550 square feet and are priced from $1.325 million to $1.45 million.

Three models by Harbourside Custom Homes and Iron Star Luxury Homes LLC are open in Fairgrove. Like Brightling, Fairgrove offers golf course, water and preserve views. Italian Renaissance designs are joined by a Spanish Eclectic style. Homes by Harbourside and Iron Star range from 3,100 to 4,000 square feet and are priced starting at $1.2million.Completedmodels include Harbourside’s Villa d’Este and Villa Lante and Iron Star’s La Villa Sul Verde.With eight of 24 homesites remaining, Fairgrove is 66 percent sold.

The 3,400- to 4,000-square-foot villas in the Pistoia neighborhood epitomize the community’s in the park lifestyle. Pistoia features 18 Italian-style residences by Divco Construction Corp. base-priced at $1.45 million. Just three homesites remain available in Pistoia. Divco’s Resident Ready 3,685-square-foot La Flora residence is open for viewing.

Watercourse at Talis Park is an enclave of 30 luxury villas ranging from 2,530 to 3,638 square feet by Distinctive Communities. Each residence is near Talis Park’s Grand Piazza. Five, one- and two-story floor plans are available in Watercourse. Four of the five plans provide a golf cart storage area in the garage.The Spanish Eclectic great room residences open to indoor/outdoor spaces with water views. The Watercourse residences are base priced in the $900s. Two fully-furnished Watercourse
models will open by the end of this month.

Talis Park’s Prato neighborhood is an enclave of estate residences with some of the community’s best views. Prato’s residences range from 4,500 to more than 7,000 square feet on 125-by-175-foot homesites. Just eight of Prato’s 24 homesites remain available. Casa El Nido, a 5,900-square-foot under air, five-bedroom, six-and-a half bath Resident Ready estate residence by Scholten Construction is under construction in Prato.

Talis Park has also released four of the 12 remaining homesites in its Firenze estate residence neighborhood. Firenze includes 13 sites, each of which measures more than one acre. Homesites in Firenze are priced beginning at $1.5 million.
