(Oct. 22, 2013) – WCI Communities has introduced two new single-family floor plans in Tidewater Preserve, Bradenton’s premier boating community located along a two-mile stretch of the Manatee River.
The Asti and Bartolo, offering 3,402 and 3,521 square feet of living space, respectively, are part of the community’s collection of five Classic Series home designs. The two-story floor plans offer four bedrooms, dens and a two-car garage and separate golf cart garage.
The homes’ master suites have tray ceilings and walk-in closets, and the kitchens boast freestanding island/breakfast bars. Buyers can select from four architectural styles and have the opportunity to extend lanais and add summer kitchens.
The Asti and Bartolo are designed for today’s homebuyers and feature large master suites with bathrooms offering separate tub and shower, his-and-her vanities and a water closet.
The Asti, priced from $405,990, has 3,402 square feet with four full baths, a powder room and a lanai storage closet easily adaptable to a pool bath. The floor plan offers a second-floor media room, a storage closet and covered balcony; a walk-in closet and full bath provide the opportunity for a fifth bedroom.
The ground-floor master bedroom offers his-and-her walk-in closets, and the floor plan emphasizes openness between kitchen, great room and dining area. The Asti offers 4,928 total square feet.
The Bartolo, the largest of Tidewater Preserve’s Classic Series designs with 3,521 square feet under air, has a formal dining room with a tray ceiling, four full baths and a great room floor plan blending kitchen, breakfast nook and gathering area. The kitchen offers a walk-in pantry.
The home design places the master suite and two bedrooms on the ground floor, devoting the second floor to a guest retreat with a large loft, a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bath and a covered balcony. The Bartolo has 4,719 total square feet and is priced from $420,990.
Tidewater Preserve, known for its boating and amenity-filled lifestyle, also offers carriage homes, grand villas and riverfront homes.
Amenities within the community complement the Tidewater Preserve lifestyle. The Lodge, the 5,012-square-foot community center, recently won an Aurora Award for Best Recreational Facility from the 12-state Southeast Building Conference. The Lodge features a community room and catering kitchen for resident activities and special events, as well as a fitness center with men’s and women’s showers. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool, playground, sand volleyball court, multiple al fresco gathering areas, and a large covered veranda and trellised patio overlooking the Manatee River.
