Naples, FL (July 18, 2013) - National homebuilder D.R. Horton is significantly expanding its housing inventory in the luxury, master-planned community of Fiddler's Creek, with several homes available for immediate occupancy and many more to be ready in time for season.

In the village of Amador, D.R. Horton is building 10 new single-family homes. A distinctive neighborhood of just 38 residences, Amador offers a choice of three expansive three-bedroom models, ranging from 1,983 air-conditioned square feet to 2,738 air-conditioned square feet. Each home features classic Mediterranean architecture, gas appliances, and impact glass doors and windows, and most of the homesites have been positioned to maximize the water views.

The Astor is a one-story home offering 1,840 square feet under air. The Astor features three bedrooms and two baths on a split floor plan. Two move-in ready Astors are fully completed and are currently available for purchase. One completed Astor is dramatic and contemporary with striking contrast in the ivory granite counters and the popular Espresso cabinetry with sleek accents of stainless steel. Both residences feature a pool with spa and boast tile laid on the diagonal. Current pricing for the two completed Astor homes is $419,851 and $424,450.

The Edison is a one-story residence offering 1,983 square feet under air with three bedrooms and two baths. The spacious floor plan includes a separate den, a coffered ceiling family room, an eat-in kitchen cafe and his and her walk-in closets in the master bedroom. The base price of the Edison is currently $379,990.

The Chelsea also is a one-story home with 2,159 square feet under air. The home features with three bedrooms and two baths with a front room that is ideal for either a formal dining room or study. There also is a large central family room with adjoining cafe, two-car garage, and lanai with an optional swimming pool and optional outdoor kitchen. The base price of the Chelsea is currently $399,990. One move-in ready Chelsea residence is currently available for $532,221.

The Emory is the largest residence offered within Amador, encompassing 2,738 square feet under air. With soaring ceilings and entrance foyers, this three bedroom, four bath home has a study that is ideal for a second bedroom on the first floor with two additional bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The Emory also features a lanai and an adjoining kitchen and dining room with a butler’s pantry in between that are perfect for entertaining. The base price of the Emory is currently $434,990.

D.R. Horton also is building 10 new inventory homes in the village of Chiasso. With cul-de-sac and east, west and south exposure options, the 59 home sites within the village of Chiasso give buyers choices when choosing their lot, all having beautiful lake views. The village currently features four spacious models, ranging from 2,583 air-conditioned square feet to 3,522 air-conditioned square feet.

A few of the standard home features in Chiasso include gas appliances, crown molding, coffered ceilings, solid core wood doors, wood closet shelves, granite countertops and impact glass doors and windows. Homes also offer an optional pool and spa and optional outdoor kitchen.

The Hawthorne features 2,583 air conditioned square feet over one floor and emphasizes southern style Florida living. This residence offers three bedrooms and a den, three and a half baths, and a great room styled plan, with a breakfast nook off of the kitchen area. The home offers an optional oversized covered lanai which can be enhanced further with an optional pool and gas spa. The Hawthorne base price is currently $484,990.

The Washington is a one-story home, encompassing 2,788 air-conditioned square feet with three bedrooms, a den, and three and a half baths located just steps off of a spacious great room. There also is a separate den/study and formal dining room with inviting covered entries and a two-car garage. The base price for the Washington is currently $519,990.

The Madison encompasses 3,246 air-conditioned square feet. This home has three bedrooms and a den, four baths and a large entrance foyer. The floor plan features formal spaces in the living and dining rooms as well as casual living spaces in the family room and eat-in kitchen. The Madison base price is currently $537,990.

The Emerson is the largest residence offered within Chiasso with 3,522 air-conditioned square feet. This residence features three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and an oversized two-car garage. There also is a second story bonus/loft area with morning bar that can be used for a home theatre. The Emerson base price is currently $564,990.
