Naples, FL (July 2, 2013) - Stock Construction has sold nearly 80 percent of the homesites within the single-family home village of Majorca at Fiddler’s Creek and is now proceeding to build on the last available sites.

With just 19 home sites, the village of Majorca features three and four bedroom floor plans, all with three-car garages. The home also offers a separate cabana bedroom with attached bath. The base price of the Pinehurst II is currently $674,990.

The Greenbriar II is the largest residence offered in Majorca with 2,949 air-conditioned square feet. The home features three bedrooms and four baths situated around a spacious central living room. There also is a large family room, dining room, study, spacious outdoor living area and custom pool/spa package. The base price of the Greenbriar II is currently $649,990.

Each residence in Majorca will be constructed of steel reinforced concrete block and cement tile roofs.
