The residence also features a spacious family room with adjoining dinette, living room, dining room, study and lanai. The base price of the Chatelaine II is currently $1,139,990, plus the homesite.
The Washington, D.R. Horton’s fully furnished model in the village of Chiasso, was presented at the Sunset Social and Realtor Open House. Designed by One of a Kind Design Inc., the residence offers 2,788 air-conditioned square feet with three bedrooms, a den, and three and a half baths located just steps off of a spacious great room. The home also features a separate den/study and formal dining room with inviting covered entries and a two-car garage. The Bougainvillea is Lennar’s first fully furnished model built in Runaway Bay.
