Kevin Flynn, owner and partner of Epic Development Group, is the developer of Voysey Garden. He and his partner, builder H.C. “Robby” Robinson, have teamed with architect Scott Merrill of Vero Beach, Florida, and landscape architect Sheila Wertimer of Charleston, South Carolina.

The homes are designed to relate to each other and capitalize on the views from inside the homes to both the community and private gardens. The windows and entrances of the homes’ designs have been strategically placed to afford the owners views and access to the gardens, while maintaining their privacy. Instead of fronting on a street, each of the homes will face the common garden. The neighborhood will feature a sustained walkway through the middle of the block, beginning on one end with a small existing garden, and ending on the other side near a lagoon.
