Sales at the Active Adult Community Shoot Up Resulting in New Sales Agents, New Asset Manager, New Lots and Additional Discovery Tour Homes

CANTON, Ga. – (Jan. 30, 2013) – Soleil Laurel Canyon has contracted on an impressive 31 homes since its new model park grand opening in September 2012 and expects to continue driving momentum in the new year. To cater to customer demands at the award-winning active adult community, the developer has added two additional new home consultants, an asset manager, an additional Discovery Tour home for prospective homeowner visits and released a new phase of construction.

New home consultants Kristen Butler and Anthony Weber bring more than 30 years of combined Realtor experience to the Soleil sales team. As active members of the Cherokee Board of Realtors, the two ladies are experts in Soleil’s product offering and working with the target audience. Butler’s background includes positions with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International and Century 21 and Weber’s experience in real estate includes positions with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International and Re/Max Greater Atlanta.

Jason Garmon has also joined the team at Soleil. He was hired by Southeast Capital Companies, Soleil’s co-developer, to be the asset manager for the community. Creating and overseeing strategies to maximize the total return on investment along with oversight of the HOA for Soleil Laurel Canyon are Garmon’s primary responsibilities. With his previous job at Greystar Real Estate Partners, Garmon understands the market competition and will be able to help drive differentiation for the community.

Garmon will be leading efforts to bring to market the sixth phase of Soleil’s development. Thirty-four 70-foot lots are being conditioned for new construction, with golf course and mountain views. “With 31 contracts since our open house in October,” said Garmon, “the momentum for building out these lots with walking access to our 28,000 square foot clubhouse became imperative. We are taking reservations immediately and beginning construction in June 2013.”
