(Sept. 20, 2012) - Soleil Laurel Canyon’s three grand opening events for its new model park had over 825 attendees. The eight new model homes were the driving factor that encouraged the crowds to visit the award-winning active adult community.
The first event was a preview party privately held for the residents of Soleil. Approximately 325 guests were the first to tour the model park while enjoying wine and hors d’oeuvres from around the world and listening to live sounds from the Live Jazz Trio. After seeing the new designer-decorated models, residents were inspired to spread the word about their community.
The second event was specifically held for community leaders and Canton-area influencers. The Mayor of Canton and other dignitaries joined developer’s Jay Clark and Patrick Malloy for a tour of the model park and seated luncheon with entertainment provided by the Soleil Singers.
The final event for the public had 477 guests. Upon arrival, attendees were given a “Passport to the Resort Life” to guide them through their day at Soleil. Their first stop was at the model park enclave, followed by a tour of the 28,000 square foot clubhouse to explore the unlimited amenities the community has to offer. Residents were present to provide first-hand accounts of the active, resort life at Soleil Laurel Canyon.
Soleil’s “Passport to the Resort Life” events have left a lasting impression in the minds of consumers. “With the great turnout at our grand opening events, we are excited for the future,” comments Patrick Malloy - developer, Soleil. “The entire community came together to show Atlanta what Soleil Laurel Canyon is all about – fellowship, active living and happiness.”
