Red Ledges Construction Update—

Amid reports from the commerce department and national articles from the Wall Street Journal and New York Times announcing the slow-but-steady recovery of the housing market, The Park Record recently reported that Park City has just seen its highest number of sales since before the housing market crashed in 2007.

And that trend holds true at Red Ledges. In addition to the 14 recently completed homes, 10 new homes are due to be completed in 2012 and are in various stages of construction. Plans for nine other properties are undergoing the architectural review process while several others are readying their plans for the Architectural Review Committee.
