(Beltsville, MD) June 11, 2012— The Stanley Halle Companies, a builder of waterfront and unique properties in Delaware and in Maryland, was awarded the prestigious Max Award for 2011 from The Home Builders Association of Maryland. The award was given in the Small Volume-Custom Home over $1,000,000 category and was presented at the Home Builders Association’s MAX 2011 Maryland Awards of Excellence event on Thursday, May 17.

The MAX program recognizes local home builders who provide buyers with excellence in design, livability and value. The program also recognizes excellence in sales and marketing across the home building industry.

Officials from The Stanley Halle Companies, where they have over 40 years of experience in designing and building homes that are centered around the needs of families, were particularly pleased to receive this designation.
