Set on the shores of the 26,000-acre Lake Palestine, Eagle's Bluff Country Club is a gated community located 15 minutes southwest of Tyler, Texas. Eagle’s Bluff rests on 540 acres in a pristine, quiet setting surrounded by 50-foot towering pines, oaks, natural creeks, ponds and lakes that frame the signature golf course and homesites.
Golfweek Magazine has honored Eagle's Bluff three times with its award of "Residential Course of Distinction" and the Dallas Morning News has ranked Eagle's Bluff in the Top 70 Courses in Texas. The Carlton Gipson-designed golf course tipped out is 7,150 yards, has 5 sets of tees and is framed by century old trees, rolling terrain, and naturally blended with East Texas azaleas to create a canopied backdrop along the shores of Lake Palestine. Glimpses of the lake and homes that line the streets of Eagle's Bluff can be seen from many vantage points throughout the par 71 golf course, as well as bald eagles, deer and other wildlife.
The Club’s amenities offer enjoyment for all members of the family, including a French Country designed clubhouse with formal and casual dining, the 2014 East Texas Chef of The Year, players’ lounge, full-service golf pro shop, resort-style swimming pool, a separate 24-hour fitness center, and kids club. There are also walking and biking trails, a playground, lighted all-weather tennis and pickleball courts, and over 13 social and dining events each month, including live music every Friday night.

When we bought here 6 months ago, we were looking for a secure gated community where we could feel safe about leaving our house and traveling in our motorhome for a month or so at a time. Since moving to Eagles Bluff we have met many great folks and gotten involved in some of the activities at club. We are enjoying it so much we don’t want to go anywhere. I have taken up golf again and my wife plays bridge and mahjong. We are also trying pickle ball. It’s so nice to just take the dogs for a walk and enjoy the lovely setting.

When we first visited EB, over 10 years ago, we could not believe how beautiful the location was and absolutely affordable the amenities that were offered. During our time at EB, my wife and I have made numerous lifelong friends and shared bountiful adventures on and off the golf course. One of the best parts of my day is coming home from work and unwinding on a leisurely cart ride to the Lake with our little Bichon, Bella. We found a real jewel in Eagle's Bluff.
