Join us for a Sunset Social. Saturday the 21st of June and Saturday the 26th of July we will be hosting a romantic sunset Social for the first 50 pre-registered guests.

This will be an intimate gathering where you can share ideas and get to know future residents at Windswept. We will offer a wide array of savory hors d’oeuvres, wine and other refreshments. This will be an incredible occasion, one that you will remember and want to experience again and again. As an owner, you will be able to do that any time you like.

This Weekend

During these weekends, we will pay for overnight accommodations and a travel allowance. We know gas is not cheap these days, so let us help you with that. Any pre-registered guest will be able to purchase property at Windswept and save as much as $50,000 on most parcels in Ph. 1-3. On average, the available homesites will be discounted $15,000 for this weekend. Additionally, the developer will also pay all closing costs** for any guest who purchases a homesite during these two weekends.

The Lodge

All Windswept owners have access to the 10,000 SF converted log & brick craftsman home. Located on the highest peak of the peninsula and offering 360 degree views of the surrounding Clinch Mountains, Great Smoky Mountains, City Lights of Morristown and Huge views of Cherokee Lake, the lodge boasts numerous indoor and outdoor conversation sitting areas, billiard room, cocktail lounge, chef’s kitchen and large dinning room all of which takes in the magnificent views. Bring your swim suit and tennis rackets too! Relax and enjoy the incredible scenery from poolside or gently rocking under the cool shade on the large covered patio.

As an owner at Windswept, you will also enjoy overnight accommodations* at the Lodge through out the year, either for yourself or guests. There are 5 suites within the Lodge; all very tastefully decorated.

* limited to 5 stays during each calendar year, included in HOA fees
** Normal closing costs typically paid by purchaser for this region, with the exception of owner’s title insurance.
