Spanning 327 acres, unlike many coastal destinations, The Settings of Mackay Point is easy to get to. It’s only two miles east of I-95, and the Pocotaligo River provides access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The community is about 45 minutes (47 miles) from Hilton Head, 30 minutes (30 miles) from Savannah and one hour (62 miles) to Charleston.

Designed to feature a valuable wildlife management program, the community will preserve roughly 40 percent of its acreage as permanent greenspace.

Acreage: 327 acres (131 hectares)
Gatehouse: Gated entrance with greeter’s cottage.
Clubhouse: River Clubhouse with full kitchen facilities for social functions and expansive porches overlooking the Pocotaligo River. Separate waterside Oyster Pavilion.
Fitness: Fitness center, sauna and whirlpool.
Recreation: The community will feature a community dock, crabbing and fishing docks, tennis courts, neighborhood parks and boat storage facilities.
