The Settlement at Thomas Divide
Situated in Western North Carolina, The Settlement at Thomas Divide is a mountain community in Bryson City, designed for those who love an outdoor lifestyle. A restored 1920s farmhouse serves as the community center where residents gather and guests stay overnight. Horse owners have access to a 16-stall barn, a dressage arena, and 28 rolling acres of horse pasture. Community walking, biking, and horseback riding trails lead to more than 500 miles of trails within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Park and surrounding National Forest also offer trout fishing streams, whitewater rafting, boating, off road biking, and more.
