PrivateCommunities.com, an online showcase of master-planned communities, announced the addition of 10 communities by Phoenix, Ariz.-based Del Webb Corporation, soon to be a division of Bloomfield, Mich.-based Pulte Homes.

The newest Del Webb contract represents the largest number of communities added to PrivateCommunities.com at one time by a single developer.

"Web sites such as PrivateCommunities offer a valuable and easy marketing opportunity for our company," said Tom Lucas, vice president, eBusiness Group at Del Webb Corporation.

PrivateCommunities.com represents more than 250,000 acres of real estate, including more than 2,700 holes of championship golf, according to the company.
