Golf: The 18-hole championship Greg Norman-designed golf course features thirteen holes that play along or over the lake. A family golf program caters to all skill levels.

Lake Norman: 32,510-acre lake ideal for fishing, sailing, canoeing and water skiing. Lake Norman State Park features a 33-acre lake and areas for camping, picnicking and swimming.
Award-Winning Schools: Children may attend award-winning Iredell- Statesville public schools, including Lake Norman Elementary and Brawley Middle School; both named “Schools of Excellence for the 2002-03 school year, and Lake Norman High School.
Homes: Luxury custom homes are priced from the mid $600,000's to $3 million. Homebuyers may select a homesite and a Featured Builder or choose from a selection of homes currently available in the community. All homes are subject to architectural guidelines.
