Located in Lincolnton, near the Amity Recreational Area, Larkspur Landing on Clark Hill Lake affords views of Georgia's natural beauty. Generous lakefront homesites make this a perfect community for boat enthusiasts.
Very few homesites are available in this small, exclusive community on the shores of one of the largest lakes in the South. The unusually large size of the homesites gives residents space for creating a seasonal woodland retreat or a principle residence. Healthy stands of native hardwood trees, like oaks, poplars, and hickorys, preserve Larkspur Landing residents' privacy without obstructing views of Clark Hill Lake and access to the extensive waterfront.
Located, only 35 minutes from Augusta, Georgia, the county encompasses 400 miles of shoreline on the lake, as well as numerous recreational parks and facilities, 900-foot Graves Mountain, and the Savannah River. Fishing is extremely popular, as are waterskiing, hiking, bird watching, and other outdoor pursuits.

Community Docks: Larkspur Landing offers a community dock system where residents from a select number of homesites may keep their boats full time.
