Southern Hills Plantation Club is a premier gated golf community located in Brooksville, FL. Nestled in the soft rolling hills north of Tampa, this small town features southern hospitality and Old Florida ambiance in one of Florida’s most unique settings.

Golf: 18 holes of year-round golf on a Pete Dye designed course, with elevations of 60’ to over 250’, 400’ wide golf corridors, generous landing areas and natural buffers between the course and homes. A practice range, putting green and six-hole short course also are featured.
Clubhouse: Modeled after an Old Florida estate, the Southern Hills Plantation Club Clubhouse is 20,000 square feet of recreational and social pleasure. The Clubhouse features a PGA Pro-managed Golf Shop, casual dining at The Grill and three dining areas with flexible design to allow large gatherings.
Tennis: Four, lighted Har Tru tennis courts with tennis pro on site.
Recreation: Generous five-foot sidewalks on both sides of the streets connect to an eight-foot-wide paved trail along the boulevard between the gatehouse and clubhouse.
Spa & Fitness Center: Southern Hills features a state-of-the-art 7,500 square foot fitness center, with the latest exercise and aerobics equipment, as well as an Aquatic Center with resort-style pool. Residents also have access to men's and women's locker, steam and treatment rooms. There is also a full service spa onsite for services such as wraps, pedicures and massages.
Beach: The Gulf of Mexico is just 20 minutes west and features pristine beaches and excellent tarpon fishing.
Area Attractions: Brooksville is located just 35 miles north of Tampa and big-city life. Tampa is home to some of the best shopping, sports and cultural activities in all of Florida. The “Nature Coast” surrounds Brooksville and features national parks such as the Chassahowitska National Wildlife Refuge with over 40 miles of trails to explore.
Airport: Southern Hills is located just minutes away from Hernando County Airport and 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport.
